Considerate Constructors National Site Awards 2013 – Bronze Award Winners

Contract Award - Wellesbourne Distribution Park – Phase 3
14 / 05 / 2013Works have commenced for Phase 3 demolition at Wellesbourne Distribution Park to include units 1-5b.
Contract Award - 55 St James Street
13 / 05 / 2013Works commenced in March, due for completion in July, at 55 St James Street on behalf of Galliford Try. The project consists of the following sub contract works:
Asbestos Removal Division Undertake ARICS Assessments
12 / 03 / 2013To honour our commitment to enhance the CPD of our employees and ensure the competency levels of all our members of staff we took steps for all members of our Asbestos Division to attend a 2-day assessment of their practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
Contract Award: Elephant and Castle Regeneration - Enabling Works
11 / 03 / 2013H Smith (Engineers) have commenced enabling works for the Heygate Phase 1 Rodney Road project working alongside the client Southwark Council and Contract Administrator Lend Lease, our highly experienced Project Management Team are taking all necessary measures to mitigate any noise, vibration or dust nuisance to the surrounding residential areas.
